| Michael Bogdon is a co founder of Aligned Business Solutions, LLC, he is a Certified Public Accountant and certified in a vast number of technologies. Prior to founding Aligned Business Solutions Mr. Bogdon held the positions of Vice President-Industry Solutions Ernst and Young Technologies, National Practice team RSM McGladrey, Inc. and Executive Vice President of the Reliable Group, Inc.

Mr. Bogdon has been guiding clients for over twenty years in designing and implementing automated systems on both IBM and Microsoft technologies. Because of his financial background and experience in multiple platforms he is often called upon to give an independent assessment as to the right technologies to deploy to meet operational, budget and user ability metrics.

| Mr. Roenick co-founded Aligned Business Solutions in 2006 after spending more than 20 years in business and technology consulting for the Not-for-Profit and Government Contracting industries. Previously, Mr. Roenick spent 4 years with ePartners, one of the largest Microsoft Business Solutions Partners in the World.

Prior to joining ePartners, Mr. Roenick was the Sr. Director of Government Contractor solutions for RSM McGladrey, another top Microsoft Business Solutions and Deltek Partner. In his roles with these organizations, Mr. Roenick supported hundreds of Government Contracting and Not-for-profit customers with strategic business consulting and with the deployment of financial management and mission-critical technology solutions. While employed at Deltek, Mr. Roenick assisted in the development of both GCS Premier (then known a System 1) and the Costpoint solution. In addition, Mr. Roenick was retained by Microsoft to develop capabilities for the Government Contracting industry for the DynamicsSL solution.
Mr. Roenick is held as one of the foremost authorities in project-based accounting in the United States. His expertise and experience within this realm includes the development and deployment of technologies for financial, business development and operational business activities utilizing SAP R3, Deltek Costpoint, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft DynamicsSL, Microsoft DynamicsGP and Microsoft DynamicsAX.
